Facility Rental Program

    Process for requesting a facility:

    • Application with application fee of $50 (check or money order payable to ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Hill Schools) is submitted to Facilities Services Office - 2171 West Main Street ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Hill, SC 29732.
    • The Application will be reviewed by the Facility Use Coordinator and submitted to the school for approval. Please allow up to 10 business days.
    • If approved, coordination of the event will begin.
    • Payment and a Certificate of Liability Insurance must be received 10 days prior to the event. (A notice of cancellation is required at least 72 hours before the event in order to receive a refund.)
