On April 9, 2024, ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Hill Schools’ ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ of Trustees approved the following administrative changes for the 2024-25 school year as recommended by district leadership. We look forward to welcoming the following individuals to their new role.

York Road Elementary announces Keri Beth Brown as Principal for the upcoming school year.

Brown joins York Road from Sunset Park Center for Accelerated Studies where she has served as assistant principal for eight years.

She also has more than four years of administrative leadership experience as an AP at elementary schools in ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Hill and North Carolina. Her past experiences have allowed her to fine tune skills in instructional strategies, strategic planning and organizational management.

Prior to joining school administration, she spent five years as an elementary teacher. She holds certifications in administration, early childhood and elementary education, and earned the gifted and talented endorsement.

She earned a Masters Degree in School Administration and Leadership from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Augusta State University.
